Privacy notice

Last updated 26 October 2026. This notice explains how TruPal Care ("TruPal", "we") handles personal data you share through trupalcare.com, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Families: your name, country, phone or WhatsApp number, area in Delhi NCR, the kind of care you need and anything you choose to tell us.
• TruPal Academy applicants: your name, mobile number, city, state, age, gender (optional), education, background, service or teaching details you provide, the certification you want, languages, training preference and start date.

Why we use it

• To call you back about a consultation or about Academy admissions.
• For applicants: to assess eligibility, arrange screening and training, and, if you are certified, to offer you placement.

We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Where it is kept

Form submissions are stored in TruPal's Google Workspace account and accessed only by the TruPal team. Background verification documents, if you reach that stage, are collected separately with your consent.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted within 12 months. Records for certified TruPals and active families are kept for as long as the relationship lasts, plus any period required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by writing to privacy@trupalcare.com. Withdrawing consent stops further contact; it doesn't affect anything already done lawfully.

Grievances

Write to privacy@trupalcare.com. We respond within 7 working days. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
